How do I create an account?
You can create a new account by clicking on LOGIN / REGISTER, located in the upper right corner of the homepage. A window will open, click on CREATE AN ACCOUNT and fill out the form.
To create an account, simply enter your Name, your email address and a password. You can change your personal information at any time.
How can I change my password?
To change your password click on MY ACCOUNT. Here you will find the ACCOUNT DETAILS section where you can change your password.
Do sold out items get restocked?
The BELLETTINI website reflects the actual availability of items in our warehouses and stores.
If a size is no longer available, it means that it is sold out. Unfortunately, we are unable to predict if an item will be restocked later in the season.
We recommend that you periodically check the item page or the collection for new size availability or add the item to your WISHLIST to easily check its status.
When will my order be shipped?
Available items will be shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following the order’s completion. During sales or special promotions, processing times may take longer.
What do I do if I receive a defective item?
We guarantee that all our items are verified by our quality control department before they are shipped. If you happen to receive a defective item, we ask you to send an email to email@example.com specifying your order number and item code, including photos so that we can assess the defect.
Please note that items that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper use or by accident, are not considered defective items.
How can I receive promotions?

Why is the promotional code not applicable to my purchase?
The promotions are valid for a limited time period and cannot be used in conjunction with one another or to purchase items from brands excluded from promotions. Bellettini reserves the right to end promotions or change their terms and conditions at any time.
How can I check the status of my shipment?
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. By clicking on the tracking number you will be able to check the status of the shipment directly on the courier’s website.
