You can return one or more items, without ever having used them, within 15 days from the delivery date (including holidays) and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products. After this period, the return procedure will no longer be available.

We cannot accept the return of items that are not in the same condition in which they were sent and received. We do not exchange items.

In the event of a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Department. We will handle the request.

Please check that you HAVE the following requirements before shipping and follow these simple instructions to ensure your return is accepted and you can receive your refund as soon as possible:

– check that each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped and is packaged carefully and neatly;

– check that all original labels are perfectly intact and have not been removed from the garment, otherwise we can not guarantee a refund because the products would no longer be SALEABLE;

– any returned garment may only be worn for the purpose of testing. It must not have been worn for any other purpose or washed, ironed, and/or treated in any way;

– the shoes must not have been used and must be returned in their original box.

– the original box is considered an integral part of the product and therefore must not be damaged and cannot be used as the only external packaging;

IMPORTANT: If the above conditions LISTED ABOVE ARE NOT RESPECTED, we will not be able to accept the return. If you request it, the items will be shipped back to you at your expense.

To make the return and simply send an email to, indicating the order number and the item you want to RETURN, specifying the generic cause for which you want to make the return: “Defective Item”, “Item does not comply”, “Item too large”, “Item too small”, etc..

In the event that the article has a defect, we kindly ask you to attach photos of the product to the email in order to facilitate the timing of the procedure.

Within the next 24/48 hours you will receive the response of our Customer Service.



Following the acceptance of the return procedure, Customer Service will contact you to inform you on how to properly pack the items for shipment and schedule the PICK-UP, making an appointment with the courier for the PICK-UP at home of the articles.

If the return is sent back using a different courier, all costs will be CHARGED TO the customer.
