Alhada takes its name from the mountainous region of Saudi Arabia that connects travellers to the city of Ta’if, the main place of cultivation of the rich Ta’if roses. It is a route that leaves all travellers with the melancholy of being home.
A veiled sky above the rose-tinged mountain welcomed the maiden at dawn in the soil of Alhada. Impressed by the comforting beauty of the land, and the delicate intoxicating perfume that enveloped her, she walked through fields of exquisite pink flowers as if she were walking on the sea. She floated through traces of rich Ta’if roses and floral marigolds, mingling with notes of coriander, mandarin, lavender and bergamot.
The seductive fragrances of jasmine, hyacinth and saffron kissed her skin
and flowed through her dark locks, imparted an overwhelming feeling of serenity.
She opened her eyes and smiled at the sun shining memories of home.
